Denise maintains our compliance with state, federal and corporate regulations placed upon us as a contingency for receiving funds and maintaining our tax-exempt status.

Maureen manages our finances and budget planning. She performs basic accounting duties, prepares and submits our annual filings.

Tricia records and shares board meeting minutes. She is the custodian of official records and documents, and tracks the term of each board member.
