About the Event
Why Radical Imagination?
In too many industries, women+ are still underestimated, overlooked, or unheard. Talent exists everywhere, but opportunity and visibility do not.
Radical Imagination is the practice of refusing that reality.
This year’s gala is grounded in three transformations:
Turning constraint into creation
Turning invisibility into impact
Turning power into collective light
These shifts are how real change happens at work and in communities.

Can men attend?
You betcha. If they’ve got a wallet and a desire to support women+ in the data and tech space, not only are they allowed, they SHOULD be there.
What should I wear?
Creative formal: cocktail or formal attire with room for personal expression.
Will it be fun?
Well, that’s subjective — but if you enjoy red carpet vibes, meeting amazing women doing badass things, silent auctions, eating great food, and dancing in fancy venues… then yeah, the gala might be fun for you.
Is this a sit-down dinner kind of gala?
Not really. Think more “party with a purpose” than “assigned seating and speeches.” There will be a plated dinner and dessert (no buffets here!), but we want you up and moving, meeting people, vibing with the energy.
Do I need to know anyone to come?
Nope. Come solo, come with your BFF, come with your work crew — you're welcome either way. We’ll make sure you feel like part of the fam by the end of the night.
What does ‘women+’ mean?
Great question. Women+ means all women (cis, trans, nonbinary folks who align with womanhood) — and everyone who supports equity in tech and data spaces. It’s inclusive by design, because that's how we roll.

How do I know the money is going to a good cause?
The Moxy Foundation is a 100% volunteer-run 501(c)(3) nonprofit with a Platinum Seal of Transparency from Candid GuideStar. Every single penny raised goes toward the 10+ free or low-cost events we’ve hosted every year since 2016. The more we raise, the more we do — it’s that simple.
